Fees

• On-site attendance fee is EUR 125 (incl. 21% VAT) which includes lunches and drinks during the day. For students there will be no admission fee, with a big thank you to our sponsors. They must be able to show proof of studentship at the conference.
• For remote attendance the fee is EUR 62 (excl. applicable VAT). There will be a free viewing option for those who cannot afford the remote attendance fee.
• Early bird discount: Register before October 1 at a cost of EUR 110 for on-site attendance (incl. 21% VAT), or EUR 50 for remote attendance (excl. applicable VAT).

Payment

We will send you a payment link via email, which redirects you to our payment service provider. Various payment methods are available: bank transfer, iDeal, PayPal, credit card, etc.

After payment is received you will get an invoice to confirm your registration. Please let us know in case the invoice needs to be addressed to a third party.
